If you force down your veggies because your Mom told you, or you avoid vegetables at all costs because, well, they’re disgusting, then you’re at the right blog.  This is my 52 week veggie challenge blog where I will explore new ways to prepare, cook, or dress up veggies so they are easier to swallow.  Who knows, maybe we’ll even be able to make a friend of this formidable foe, together!

Each week I will try a new vegetable recipe and post it here along with a rating of how good or bad I thought the taste was.  I will explore new ways to prepare the common varieties, and I will explore some veggies that I’ve never tried before.  

If you have suggestions of recipes you’ve found that make a veggie tolerable (or better than tolerable) or have a recommendation of a vegetable I should try to tame, just drop me an email at the link below and I’ll do my best to incorporate your suggestion.

I’m still learning all the ins and outs of this blogging, but I will still make my first posting on January 3rd, 2015.
